THANK YOU for providing so much love over the past couple of days; celebrating my Mom and Dad’s birthdays.

I thought yesterday was going to be very difficult, but sharing the story of my Dad’s 50th Birthday really put me in a good space. That party was awesome!!! He loved it!!!

Brought back soooo many good memories. My Mom and I had tickets to see “Aint to proud…the story of the Temptations” at the Kennedy Center, but received word a few hours before that the show was postponed due to a COVID outbreak among the cast.

So…what did my Mom and I do? What we do best…adapt. Dined at Del Frisco’s…reminisced, talked, laughed, smiled and laughed some more. Last night was great!!!

When I got home, I put on some music and just danced!!! Last night was GOOD!!

I miss my Dad something terrible, but yesterday…yesterday…he was with me big time!!!

I am truly Blessed and do not take that lightly. I am appreciative of all that I have, all that I have experienced and all that I am able to do and WILL continue to do.
